2 nights work

So my regular tomato patch in the veggie garden was a blight stricken mess this year ( although I did freeze about 4 its of tomato soup). However I had put compost from my compost heap on the flower bed this year and I think I got better looking tomatoes there from the compost than I got in the garden. They were unfortunately the Amish paste tomatoes from last year which were not good for tomato sauce ( and I didn't have enough from the 4 plants  in the flower bed to make it worthwhile). It did produce 6 cups of green tomatoes  when chopped which was perfect for hot dog relish. Hence tonight's blip.
