Home time

Grandma went back home this morning, thankfully not via train to the airport as Reading and its environs were in chaos. Her driver picked up mid morning and off she went. R and I were both sad when she had left - it’s always bittersweet, we have such a lovely time together and then she has to fly back. Anyway, I’m happy that we had a good weekend and some great adventures together.

We cheered ourselves up with ABC and then lunch with our group of girls. Beavers was an adventure later on. R and I tried out a pub nearby since it was a bit misty for playground play while we waited. I quite like our pub selfie.

C was most impressed with his 4 new badges. I will be expecting to receive my sewing badge as a reward soon too!!
