The park was looking magnificent this morning.
Not too busy at cafe which was good as we had some new helpers.
Running training this evening and realised just as we'd finished I'd left the cooker on. Fortunately no harm was done other than slightly burnt potatoes which actually tasted quite good.
The results from the weekend's races were finally posted (delays due to waterlogging of equipment). Mr Rat and I were both first in our age categories on both days - though considerably slower than last year, I doubt there were many, if any, who ran faster in the challenging conditions.
I'd also filled in a prize draw entry for a fancy rain jacket and won, so an excellent weekend.
