They Shall Not Grow Old

Absolutely brilliant piece of cinematography. Peter Jackson has worked miracles to put together such a work of art, turning archive black and white film held by the IWM into 3D colour that feels like you are actually there with those long dead soldiers. Don't expect a history lesson with maps. It really captures the WW1 experience from the Tommy's perspective.
Apparently it will be shown on the BBC in mid November. Don't miss it.
