Canal path

Met some Edinburgh-based friends for lunch by the canal just east of Linlithgow today. A good halfway house which also provides the opportunity for a walk by the canal. Looking lovely today in the autumn sunshine.

Home now and for the first time in weeks I'm going to make it to my yoga class. My balances are going to be worse than usual because of a marked lack of practice. Got to (re)start somewhere though.
