Watching Everton this season is akin to a recurring nightmare. Plenty of possession and looking comfortable but not making the most of the goalscoring opportunities. Followed by a steady sitting back and letting the opposition team come and attack, eventually leading to conceding a sloppy last minute goal.
It was the same old story again today, with Leighton Baines giving away a needless freekick and then slack defending at the back post -stand up Mr Heitinga- letting Sébastien Bassong scramble in Norwich's equaliser...in the last minute! Undoing the good work of the first half.
