Pink October : Lovely Lupins

This morning my brother, his wife, and I had a beautiful walk from 'The Outlet', south, towards Beacon Point.  There were some pink lupins just coming into flower.  It was lovely and sunny, simply perfect weather.

After lunch I went to collect little 'h' from school, then we are going to Luggate to have a family meal before my brother and his wife head back to the North Island.  It has been great having them here, it will be sad to see them go.  My daughter and I are taking them over the hill to Queenstown tomorrow.
