London/Rain/Transport
I was transfixed in London today looking at how water and light mix (this is sooc). Not remotely fussed that I got very rained-on in the process.
When I finally got to the underground I was interested to discover some new Transport for London byelaws and how they are being implemented:
1. In order to improve TfL branding, passengers are required, from 24 November 2012, to enter the underground system in TfL Corporate colours. Clothing is to be in Corporate Blue - Pantone 072 or Corporate Dark Grey - Pantone 432, while baggage and umbrellas are to be in Corporate Red - Pantone 485 or Corporate Dark Grey (see above).
2. During a transition period (24 November-31 December 2012) when customers will not be penalised for bringing non-conforming property into the system, TfL will aim to alleviate any customer anxiety by providing entertainment on all underground trains. This will include dance routines from 'Singin' in the Rain' and other weather-appropriate musicals.
