Lights out

A flurry of emails today each requiring attention and action so another day of no progress on some of the bigger issues.

A lively session - or so it sounded - with some of our care experienced young people with whom we have links working with the comms and training team.

All progressing well until late afternoon when the power went off. Not just in the building but more widely in West Edinburgh apparently.

With no power, no phones, no links to the server and no lights we shut down just after 5 while we could still see.

Meant I got home much earlier than normal and this sight greeted me as I stepped out of the car.

Until that point the blip would have been the extra - my first sight of the return of Robin this morning
