Tuna steak with Pommes Dauphinoise

Tuna steak with Pommes Dauphinoise and vegetable medley.
OK, so having your veg in a separate ramekin is a little Cheffy, I'll concede that cutting the Dauphinoise into a rondell may be a bit pretentious and it probably could have done with a sauce on the tuna. But otherwise it was pretty good.

The black specks on the tuna are ground pepper BTW.
