Breakfast

We are used to leaving early. It always feels so fresh in the morning, it would be a shame to miss. Our hosts at the airbnb were more or less expecting us for coffee, and bought two Tieler Flipjes for us. Flipje was a character from advertising for jam, in my childhood. I think it is faded glory from Tiel, but the desserts, made from raspberry bavarois, tasted great as a conclusion to the breakfast. We couldn't take them with us after all.

Again, we've had a glorious day for a c cycle trip. We crossed over from the river Waal to the river Maas. We're not going to follow the Maas completely, but we won't be far from it since we live only 15 kilometers from it.
