MARINA REFLECTIONS

The snottiness is drying up, thank goodness, so we went for a coffee and a snack to the Marina - and noticed more café closures. There seems to be a huge turnover of eatery businesses there.

I face-timed daughter #1 in Sydney this morning, and will shortly be doing the same with sister A2 in rural West Texas. It reminded me of when my parents were living in Washington DC and I had to book a transatlantic phone call  through the operator to talk to them - how things change.
