A fab day

Today has been lovely. We went to a party for one of Master Pink's best friends. It was a craft party, and we've never been to one before......it made a lovley change to be honest. master Pink and his friend Archie were the only boys, the rest were all very well behaved, and very crafty little girls. But the boys did well, they did their activities and really enjoyed it. Miss Pink joined in too, which was lovely as she really put her heart into it. They did some lovely activties too; designed a cloth bag, a decopatch candle holder, painted a clay figuirine, a silk painting of a castle and fabulous mosaicy door hanger. I have to admit i was a little jelaous....I'd love a party for me like that ;)

After the party we came home for a quick collection of the laundry, as our washing machine is out of action until the tiler has finished. We went to my mums to use the washing machine, and as Mr pink was out for the afternoon, it meant the mini pinks weren't cooped up all afternoon either. We ended up staying there the whole afternoon and even stayed for tea. It was a lovely impromptu get together, and for me, it was nice to just spend some time with Mum.
