Bee? Flies?

Little flying things are difficult for me to identify. Two wings? Four wing? Stripes? Patterns? I used to simply call anything that looked like this a bee; I didn't even notice there were differences. Now I see so many different shapes and patterns; it is so much more confusing since I started looking closely at things. But it is definitely more fascinating and fun!  So, this is what I found today for Tiny Tuesday. I look forward to looking at what other people found today too. Thanks to everyone who has hosted and kept this challenge going! I don't always join in, but I always look to see what everyone else found that was tiny.
