The Sweet Taste Of Success

It was the boys school horsey night to raise funds for the school. You could name the horses at £2 a pop then bet on horses in the races. There was 8 races in total and you could bet whatever you wanted. If one of the horses you named won it's races you won this bottle of bubbly and the teeny trophy.

Katy, her mum, her dad and a family friend all won a race each so as a collective we had scooped half the prizes and was told that they did all right on the betting stakes so all in all a good night by all. There was stovies to eat and a disco afterwards. The night raised a total of £715 but unsure what fees to come off if any.
