Good Golly Miss Molly

....what a gorgeous bride you were!  

I have known this lovely woman since the day she was born. She is the youngest daughter of my dear friend Maggie who passed away 10 months ago and tonight we attended her wedding.

The wedding ceremony was held outdoors at the Omni Shoreham hotel on a beautiful but cool evening. The bride carried my blip photo of Maggie in a locket around her bouquet. This was followed by a rollicking party in one of the hotel’s many ballrooms. Maggie had helped Molly pick out the venue and her wedding dress before she died, so I feel sure she would have approved of everything.  It was all very beautiful, filled with joy but there was an ache in every heart that Maggie wasn't there.
