Pot luck supper

A day of travelling - 11 hours on a plane to get the same weather I left behind! Knowing we are going to be in the hotel for a week we went round the block to get some fresh air and to find something to eat. Tex-Mex seemed the obvious choice but everything on the menu looked good so left it to the waiter to chose and ended up with this very nice fish stew.
