Man Booker Night

Blackwells in Oxford hosted a Man Booker event where local authors talked about each of the shortlisted books and we all voted first as to which one we would read next and secondly who we think the judges will choose. I want to read Washington Black and The Mars Room but the one I think will win is the Overstory. The extra twist for this event is that Daisy Johnson who wrote Everything Under worked at the big Blackwells in Broad Street and spent her lunchtimes working away on her writing.
