Wettest October in Phoenix

The title is true. We've seen over 4 inches (10cm) of rain this month, thanks to two tropical storms. We got the remains of the storms, so they weren't even tropical depressions, but they brought unusual amounts of rain. Now we're probably going to get mosquitoes. It doesn't get cold enough this early for them to die.
