The day started off very rainy but thankfully cleared up. The new washing machine came early but I need to get an attachment of some sort as the pipe for waste water is smaller than my old one. I'd gone to BandQ but the plumbing mannie was off so I wasn't sure which bit to get.  Hopefully tomorrow Screwfix will be more helpful! 
I took the chance to go down to the Dee as im not usually in this part of town. This photo is taken from the distance but the flagpole is on top of the hill in the Duthie Park that Allen worked on 30 years ago and then David did as well many years later.
