MOVING FORWARD week 3/4.. 21 DEG!!

So after week 3 of very informative course, I come away after 3 hours there needing to process the head! A bonus day of sunshine in October 21 degrees only 1.thing for me a local parkrun route!! I was a little slower as it was hot and head needed some downtime.

Love these sunny, bright Autumnal days, means winters shorter.

needed Honeycombebeach(a fellow blipper) to drop a pink leaf in as the android apps arw not nearly as polished as IPhone.
