Autumn sky and .....

.... leaves at 7.50am.
I just loved the colour of this sky , it just needed to have a few minutes of fame on blip??
I was woken at 7.40 am by "A", he had a hospital appointment at 8.30 am ( I'd forgotten ) couldn't believe it , I had been asleep for 4 hours , just unheard of !! Can't remember when I last had 4 hours of undisturbed sleep.
I need to get out into the garden and sort out the plants that need to be protected over winter. I've tried so many times to save Geraniums without much success, but as they've done so well this year I really don't want to discard them. Any new ideas for " over wintering " them would be appreciated .
The day is starting different to yesterday , let's hope it continues.
