Nurture

I'm going to put a positive spin on todays events by focussing on a glass of very warm lemon barley water. I do love drinks like this and hot vimto when it is grey, cold and wet outside....that is possibly one of the best things about the winter months :-)

Today hasn't been very good in the grand scheme. Mr H wasn't in the best form early on last night (possible food poisining we thought) and he is still unwell now. Was supposed to visit my Godson today as it was his first birthday but the little chap is sadly in bed and has been throwing up and his Mother is also unwell. I've been off colour too fingers crossed tomorrow is much better.
