Evening light

Fabulous day, warm and sunny after a chilly start in the morning.  I was really busy all day and this is the only photo I took while I was out walking with Breesha.  I am feeling great on the gluten free diet, a lot of things are off limits for me now but I feel so well I don't care.  I had an appointment with the dietician and was telling her I can't believe how unwell I was before diagnosis - without me even realising.  Coeliac Disease came upon me by osmosis and I can't believe feeling like that had become the norm.  The NHS gets slated at times but in the past two weeks I've seen the Gastroenterologist, the dietician, had a DEXA scan to check for osteoporosis and all the relevant blood tests.
