Incident in Via Monte Napoleone

Garry Winogrand made lot of definitions what photography is but my favourite one is that [ photograph ] “should be more interesting or more beautiful than what was photographed” .
So did the guy above fall or he was pushed or is he kneeling for forgiveness all this is possible. Or it isn’t ? Maybe it is only 1/250 slice of second that froze him while he was moving and nothing of above had happened. We will never know.
