Welcome aboard....

....the good ship Majesty...I am on cruise!!!!

Can't quite believe it, I'm expecting it to be the campest, kitschest experience for some time.
We are with B's parents for a week cruising around the Canary Islands, Madeira and Morocco.

Safety first, everyone was summoned to the Lounge, clutching their life jackets for the compulsory drill. Possibly one of the most bizarre sights to see hundreds of (mostly older people) dressed for dinner donning flourescent padding. This couple look fairly comfy though - they are obvioulsy hardened cruisers of the first order.

I am expecting to be the youngest person by about 30 years - no evidence to the contrary so far!
