Tied up

I was in Tarbert, Loch Fyne (there are other Tarberts in Scotland) , this afternoon at a YES meeting - the first we have had in this part of the Argyll & Bute constituency.

There was a great discussion and the weather was a lovely relief from recent days - crisp and cold.

This is the fishing pier seen from the town centre. The fleet is obviously in for the weekend but there is still a little work being done on ropes and boats.

There is always something to see in a harbour.

(BTW this is, I have just noticed, my 800th blip. Not one of the officially recognised "blip birthdays" but it seems significant to me ; 800 photographs shared with the wonderful community that has grown up on Blipfoto. Thanks for all the views,opinions and support. )
