Blue, blue day

but considerably cooler than is usual for this time of the year.  While most of the cherry trees have finished flowering this variety lines both sides of a street on my walk this morning. They looked superb against the clear blue sky. Earlier this evening I was thrilled to meet blipper  Heanku  and her husband who are on holiday from Sweden. What a wonderful place blip and you meet people from the other side of the world whom you have a connection with.  I feel very blessed. Thank you Heanku and T for taking time our of your hectic schedule to meet. Enjoy the rest of your short visit down under.
