Romanesco Broccoli

I found this for sale at the Farmer's Market today. I've had it before, but it almost seems like a crime against physics, especially Chaos Theory. It's like little individual Mandelbrots.

It's just a bit sweeter than regular broccoli and I'm told it makes a great soup.
