Diamond Jubilee Ball

What an evening! It was the Diamond Jubilee Ball celebrating 60 years reign of her majesty the queen 1952-2012 hosted by St.Andrews Society in conjunction with the societies of St. George, St. David & Kansai Northern Irish.

A lovely evening which started with the piping of the haggis and was followed up with the welcome to the baron of beef. A very formal occasion made less formal by the range of crazy scottish dancing - strip the willow is NOT easy!

Doesn't matter where you live there will always be a (bit of) England (& Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland!) Thanks to all for a top night :)
