Little man
This chap was an absolute star this afternoon.
We went for a swim this morning, which the boys just loved (I don't love it, it's darn hard work swimming with a 2 & 3 year old). We rushed back with 45 minutes to eat, shower and dress - that's the three of us. We made it, and walked up to the church for the baptism of a friends little girl. We got there utterly windswept and pretty soaking wet - and the youngest fast asleep in the pushchair covered in one of coats as a blanket. The eldest was impeccably behaved, he proudly looked after his order of service and stood on the pew next to me for the hymns nestling into my shoulder. At other times, he giggled to me like a little naughty (but nice) school boy. We went back to the village hall (arriving again like drowned rats), to find there was a seating plan and a full sit-down meal, which was a little embarrassing as I very nearly didn't go the baptism.
Husband is home, very tired and sad to have missed the boys bed time.
