Manchester half marathon

Snapped this pic with my phone as I was on my way to my car. All of our surrounding roads are closed on marathon day so I have to park elsewhere and walk to my car, otherwise I'd have no way of getting to work! Unlike my weekday job I can't walk to this one.
Still, it's only once a year and it brings to community together. The poor runners had miserable weather to contend with too!
