Autumn colour

Slightly different weather today - lovely sunshine yesterday, tipping it down with rain all day today! Perfect sunday weather! Still feeling mild though!

The colour of the Acers in the garden this year is better than I've ever seen them! We have 2 of these red ones in a shady corner oand it has just lit the whole area up! Will be sad to see the leaves disappear over the next couple of weeks!

So with the crappy weather, it's been a very chilled day. A  little walk to the local shops for some essential supplies, and then lots of time snoozing on the sofa! just about to start a book - The Witch of Willow Hall by Hester Fox - so back to the sofa I go!
