Lest We Forget

We have some patriotic villagers who have decided that we should not forget Armistice Day this year, and quite rightly too.   One hundred years from the end of “The war to end all wars”.
 
On a personal note the 11th November will also mark my 75th burpday, and our wedding anniversary.  Not sure which one, but the gold is not far off and I’m SURE that I’ll be reminded when that’s due.
