Decay

After 16 days in Australia, I'm in my usual post trip state of anti climax. For a few days I shall feel as if I don't quite belong at home, nor away. This always happens to me to some extent, but I feel it more after a trip "Down Under" as I leave cherished family members behind. My lovely Uncle Rikki is now 88 and I can only hope that he will still be with us when I next visit.

I have over 900 images from my trip and I shall be kept busy editing and back blipping for a while!

The pear in the image was one that I had forgotten to throw away before I left - it's sorry state reflects my current mood but I know that I will be back to normal in a few days. The pear however, is destined for the bin!
