Monsal Trail

As a break from walking, we spend out second day away on bikes instead! It was 8 1/2 miles each way, and all off the road /no cars so brilliant for biking.
When we reached the end of the trail we locked up the bikes, and walked into Bakewell for a lovely afternoon tea and look around before heading back. It only cost £15 each for the bike hire which included a helmet/lock etc, and I'd look forward to doing this again another time. We both had sore legs by the end though!
