The Deeside Railway line

Went for a cycle on the old Deeside Railway line this morning . This is the old line that used ro run to Ballater and you can just about get all the way out there on a bike with a few detours. The bit near the city has been tarmacadamed - which makes it great for cycling but less good for running ( it used to be just a gravel path) . Bright , cold and fresh this morning with the usual scattering of cyclists, joggers and dog walkers.
