Field of Flowers

George and me went on a guided walk in the Park today.  George had a pretty good time I think, and I most certainly did.

This season has been amazing for orchids.

This is a Hare Orchid, and you usually see them flowering in groups of two or three.  Check out the extras.  There was a field of them.  They were in a burn site, and clearly the burn (done last Autumn) agreed with them.
