A Writer's Life

By Awriterslife

One day, I’ll stop breastfeeding and he’ll stop snuggling like this to fall asleep. Having him, experiencing this closeness once again, is a gift I didn’t think I would have the chance to get. And I know that once he is weaned, I’ll never get to live this again. So I cherished it, almost every single time. He still feeds a lot, including over night. And even though some nights are difficult, I hold him as he falls asleep and marvel at my amazing luck in getting two healthy, funny, intelligent, beautiful babies.
