COPENHAGEN STREET

The name was changed when Nelson visited Worcester. The idea was to honour him by celebrating the Battle of Copenhagen, which was all about Britain having to have naval superiority and stopping Denmark trading with France. Plus ca change, eh? Stopping briefly in the town to stock up on remedies at a pharmacy before going to bed at 6pm to nurse an aching head.
