Bear on the loose!

When I walked into town this morning there was some kind of police operation going on, with cars, flashing lights and so on. I don't know if they caught whoever they were after, but five minutes later I came across this character in the Oxfam shop. Obviously I didn't want to attract attention to myself in case he/she made a run for it, so I had to work fast - apologies for the technical inadequacies of the shot.
