A FUN AFTERNOON...

.... the local Showgrounds at Richmond is continually used for all sorts of events, but this Australian Sheepdog Championship on this week was of particular interest.

Firstly, for those who have followed my "fun" for awhile may recall meeting Kelly our sons Kelpie who although now getting "very" old was raised as a sheep trial dog. When younger the sort of wonder seen today she used to do with us when out having a run ... yes round us up!

Anyway, I digress... one great thing about Blip is when something of interest around you can be sure one of the local Blippers will let you know. In this case had a call from Barb the other day reminding me the trials were on.

So, went down to see the Australia vs New Zealand trials. The dogs are "super class" the way they round and direct the sheep with guidance and help from the "master".
