West Nash

Nash St. in my hometown was and  is the  primary street for the city running east to west and through what at one time was a bustling downtown.  I lived less than one block from West Nash Street from age 7 until leaving for college and eventually for good.  Tonight was the first of a two night weekend of a high school reunion events for me and my classmates from grade school and high school.  We enjoyed an old fashioned authentic (to us at least) catered Eastern North Carolina BBQ meal amid loads of memories and fellowship.  Some friendships can be resumed regardless of the time between visits.
