Flower Friday: Backlit Rose

We're lucky that we still have some roses in bloom in the garden at the moment, and some healthy-looking buds promising a few more blooms to come before winter sets in. As it's blowing a bit of a gale at the moment, I picked this one and brought it indoors to photograph. I stuck it in a milk bottle and illuminated it mainly from behind using a torch.

If you look closely you'll see that it has a few little drops of rain on it.
