2012 Thursday — Thanksgiving Waves at Morro Bay

Just the two of us have experienced a wonderful Thanksgiving Day together on the Central Coast in the "greatest little beach community" in all of California--Cayucos!

We had Thanksgiving dinner at "Kitty's Kitchen" in Morro Bay.  They are normally only open for breakfast and lunch, but today they honored the holiday to serve those of us who were hungry who  chose not to cook the traditional turkey feast, and they gave-up their own holiday;  the meal was delicious for $14.95.  We could have gone to Dorn's where the meal would be served on a tablecloth and with finery for $34.95, but we just didn't need the luxury this year; we are enjoying a luxury of a whole new dimension! More about that on a later date.

On the shore, the winds were mild, but the waves made it look like significant offshore breeze was happening, so I guess it is!

Internet connection is extremely weak or non-existent here at the house, so I am going to upload this before I lose connection and I will come back later to fill-in the details . . . and now that's done!
