My Man Rufus

Volunteering at the shelter today, I was able to take Rufus on a long walk in the woods. He is 5 years old and oh so handsome. He looks like a smallish German Shepherd body with a hound head slapped on top! He is super sweet and I would love to steal him back to my house, but I know my pups would not be fans of him >< I don't think he will have any issue finding a home, there is already a family thinking about it. He had a growth on his neck that was removed and he's healed up nicely, which is why he is up for adoption now! We have had some good adventures already, but I really hope we don't go on any more walks ... because that will mean he found a family! (bittersweet that I will miss him though ;) )
