The Goats Made It

Well we got fairly lucky as we managed to escape Hurricane Michael with minimal serious impacts.
I went over to the inlet this morning during high tide and was surprised they never removed the goats as is the usual storm procedure.
They were just starting to emerge from the shelter of their goat hut at the far end of the island to survey the scene when I arrived.
Just as I was leaving a gust of wind blew my glasses right off my face and into the water. They now live in the bottom of the inlet somewhere.
