Rainbow

A busy day at work and feeling tired after all the digging yesterday. I was pleased to go to yoga again tonight - to relax and switch off and keep my stiff muscles flexible. When I returned home Andy had made spinach and feta tart and a colourful salad for dinner. Delicious!

It’s felt more autumnal today - cooler but mild, dull with rain at times. It’s now dark by 7pm.
