Pillars

Hairdresser visit today and dropped KG off for his weekly badminton fix.  When we got back we tackled backing the other quilt - not quite o bad as we knew what to do but still proved troublesome - all done now  - just the finishing touches to do - because I backed it with fleece (NEVER AGAIN) I am going to sew buttons on to hold ti together - I have ordered flamingo buttons and unicorn buttons so the end is in sight.  
Thanks to In Ingeborg for hosting  Abstract Thursday with the theme architecture  - well I was not going to be anywhere any architecture today but as I was tidying up I saw a cotton reel (see extra) and pillars sprang to mind and pillars are architectural  - my loose connection.
Today has been overcast with some rain  but I think we are supposed to get it tomorrow
