Empire Hotel

The Empire Hotel is a fine looking building - built in 1901 and is a Grade II Listed Building - it was taken over by the Ministry of Defence and remained that way for a long time - if my memory serves me correctly it was at least until the mid 1970s - today it is very desirable apartments over looking the River Avon and not far from the famous Pulteney Bridge
